Australian Postage * Flatpacked (free) - Orders will automatically be flatpacked in small waterproof padded bags and costs are included in prices. * Gift Boxed ($4.50 approx) - If you elect giftbox wrapping, all charges are based on size and postage location. All charges will be seen before confirming your order (Australian orders are approx $4.50 extra per shoe box). All Australian orders are dispatched using Australia Post.

If your not happy with what you have purchased then you need to email me as soon as possible at jcos07@bigpond.com Then you are welcome to return goods , dependent upon the following conditions being met....
- Returns must be received at my address within 14 days of you receiving the order (with the exception of o/s orders being 21 days).
- Items must be in the original state i.e. in the condition that we sent them. In the original packing. if possible.
- Returns must be sent back to us in a professional manner, please use correct packaging and wrapping when shipping a product back to us, as a general rule, postage on returned items shall be paid for by the returner however in certain circumstances we may refund postage costs, e.g if we have sent you an incorrect product.

REFUNDS: - It is at my discretion upon the return of a product as to whether to offer a refund, unless item is deemed faulty
- The refund will only be for the item price of the purchase not including the postage paid.
